4. User Conduct
You agree to use the services responsibly and not engage in unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

• Misusing the platform for illegal purposes.

• Harassing, abusing, or harming other users, drivers, or third parties.

• Attempting to access the platform using unauthorized methods (e.g., hacking).

• Disrupting services or interfering with the app’s functionality.

5. Service Usage

• Riders: You are responsible for ensuring the ride details you provide are accurate. Payments must be made promptly, either via cash or authorized digital payment methods.

• Drivers: You must provide accurate vehicle information and valid driving credentials. You are responsible for keeping your vehicle in good condition and ensuring the safety of passengers.

6. Payment and Fees
Riders agree to pay the fare calculated and displayed on the Hello Drive platform upon completion of the ride. Hello Drive reserves the right to update prices at any time. Additional fees (e.g., cancellation fees, waiting charges) may apply as per the circumstances outlined during booking.
7. Cancellations

• Riders: You may cancel a ride request; however, cancellation fees may apply if the cancellation occurs after a driver has accepted the ride.

• Drivers: Drivers may cancel a ride under certain conditions (e.g., safety concerns or unavailability). Misuse of the cancellation policy by either party may result in account suspension.

8. Liability
While Hello Drive strives to provide reliable services, we are not responsible for:

• Any direct or indirect damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of our platform or services.

• The actions, conduct, or negligence of drivers or riders during rides.

• Delays or issues caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Driver and Vehicle Verification
We conduct background checks and vehicle inspections for drivers, but we do not guarantee the complete reliability of each driver. Users are encouraged to review driver ratings before accepting rides.
10. Termination of Services
Hello Drive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including fraudulent activity, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.
11. Privacy
