- Confirm your driver’s identity before getting into the vehicle.

During the Ride
- Always buckle up your seatbelt.
- Stay in communication with your driver and keep your phone handy.
- If you feel unsafe at any point, don’t hesitate to ask the driver to stop in a safe location.
- Report any uncomfortable situations or unsafe behavior through the app.
Post-Ride Safety
- Always check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle.
- Rate your driver and provide feedback to help improve safety.
- If you experience any incidents or feel unsafe during your ride, report it immediately to our support team.
